Travis: It will never happen. The only way to time travel is to travel light years away from the earth while going faster than the speed of light. Which is impossible (for now) because your body will go POOF. Debtor: If you go to the past, you have already been there. So time paradoxes wouldn't not happen. That's a paradox in itself. That's sort of like one of the theories put forward by CERN about why they can't find the Higg's boson. They're theory is that "since we must have found it sometime in the future, the future is preventing us from finding it now." Makes no sense. Really people, think about it, how can you go back if it already happened
But you never know, some people said that you couldn't fly unless you made something that's lighter than the air and that flying will never be used, guess he was wrong. Then some other people said that you can't possibly communicate without a wire, which is also wrong. But I'm pretty sure that anyone who says that it's IMPOSSIBLE to travel through time is pretty much right. Umm why say it will never happen unless you've tried for yourself? No one has proved you can time travel.
But I highly doubt anyone has proved that the ONLY way to time travel is by going light years away from earth at the speed of light either. Doubt they ever went the speed of light either. New Pic: Bored of Me

But if time travel is possible, then that means that the future has happened already, which is a paradox in itself. Unless we're talking about only being able to travel backwards in time. But then you'd never be able to get home, so when you age enough (assuming you traveled back within your lifespan) to reach the time when you traveled back in time, you wouldn't be the age you originally were when you went back in time. Paradox. Perception: Yes there are a bunch of time travel paradoxes. That does not mean however the act of reversing time is "impossible" If you asked people even 50 years ago if the Internet would be possible they would have f6'ed you Time travel defies the laws of physics; the Internet doesn't. Far-fetched and impossible are two different adjectives. Perception: Black Holes defy the laws of physics, yet they exist. Actually, we haven't quite figured out if they defy the laws of physics yet. We don't know if there is truly a loss of information at the event horizon. What laws of physics are you saying black holes violate...? Unless our understanding of physics changes dramatically sometime in the future, it won't happen.

Time Travel won't happen because if it did someone would have already invented a time machine and would have come back to our time by now! my opinion!
Time travel, hmm I could use it but only if Im the only one that could time travel.
Time Travel is impossible.. for that guy saying that we keep making new inventions, time traveling is different and we simply cannot.
As someone said that we could, if we go faster than the speed of light. If we actually could, there is something to it. We don't actually go into the past, but we slow down time while going at the speed of light. How does this work? well if we are wearing a watch while traveling at that speed, we will see it has been 5 hours that we've been traveling. But that 5 hour only applies to you so, if you come back on Earth, maybe just a few minutes has passed. Register / login
