There's a program called IP Hider on CNET Downloads. It hides your IP to an IP somewhere in Europe. Don't know if it works tho. I only found it when trying to play Msea
About 1 or 2 months ago you where allowed to play EMS from anywhere, without any proxies or anything, all you needed to do was DL it correctly. Now I guess it's patched...Try googling HotSpot shield. It works like a charm.

Just stick to the server meant for you? I know several americans and canadians playing eMS but they all have the same issue; lag. I would play ems if it was near v65. Those were the fun times
