 I know, surprising isn't it? There is no " Muslim God " or " Muslim Version of God " Allah is just an Arabic word that means " The one and only, true God " Reason I made this thread is cuz I'm tired of hearing ignorant idiots * trend revolves around white people more * saying stuff like " Allah is the devil " Thinking their just insulting Muslims, but in reality, your insulting your own religion and making an idiot out of yourself : Just so you know

Allah is the muslim interpretation of "god". Since we all have different ideas about god, saying "allah is the devil" does not imply that all gods are devils; but rather, the muslim interpretation of god is.
By the way, i don't believe a god exists anyways. All the Gods are basically the same. They teach people the same lessons but people don't like having all the same similar God so they create different religions. The real message from religions is to do good. e.g. Don"t kill, dont steal.

ANyways @ ikea 798798 Allah means god in Arabic. Arabic Christians call their god Allah. redpitbull01: The big difference about Islam is that we don't worship or idolize Jesus to the extent that Christians do. We worship Allah and Allah only. Though we do pass our blessings to the prophets of Allah, including Jesus. And that we dont believe that Jesus was son of God, but he was still a Prophet. And we idolize Mohammad quite a lot, and Christians dont worship Jesus. My friend is arabic and he said Allah means god.

redpitbull01: K, not too sure what Jesus is trying to say here. Something like God is his father and that we need to believe/worship him or w/e before we can get to God himself? How is not clear what he is teaching? He is teaching that he is the ONLY way to get to God. Plain and simple. Many people, including muslims, will tend to rely on their own deeds in hopes of earning eternal life, when the Bible clearly states, "All have sinned and fallen short of the Glory of God." Then goes on to say that eternal life is "Not of works, lest any man should boast." That is the differences between Christianity and all other religions. Everyone thinks that they can earn earn there way into heaven, when in actuality, it is a free gift. did you know some hindus believe that inside the mecca is a rock.
