Just depends. I know someone who doesnt wear nothing and then complains that he is cold every morning. -_-; lol

Depending on if I'm hot or cold, if I'm cold a pair of plaid pajama pants, hot a pair of boxers and a t-shirt

Anyways, I wear my pajama pants or shorts plus a t-shirt to sleep. I used to wear plad pj pants for a while but they got worn out and i never bothered buying some new ones. >.
