It works like that, except it can't pass lv 30. So if your bow gives +1 Hurri and you have lv 29 Hurri beforehand, with the bow you'll have 30 Hurri. But if you have 30 Hurri already, you'll still have lv 30 with the bow.
oh wow...that really sucks then. good to know this beforehand cuz i'm planning to make a reverse engaw. so i guess i should only put 27 in hurricane and level the bow to +3.

When you reach the max level (4 I believe), you have a 10% chance of getting +1 SP. With the Engaw, it's +1 Hurricane. The Reverse Bowman Hat adds like +1 Sharp Eyes or something, with the same probability and same 1 SP.I also heard somewhere that you could get the ability to put poison damage on a monster for a certain success rate. Is this true?

That hasn't been put into effect for GMS.and thanks CtrlPlusZ =] @ Sushi, it won't work like that. Once the weapon is at its final level, you only have a 10% chance to get +1 SP.
