How many of you Basilers are still playing your first ever made character when you joined Maple? Did you start from scratch or did you have someone fund you? I remember mine about 3-4 years ago in Scania where I started from scratch a DK, and it was the most fun I've ever had. How did you manage to get to where you are today and not tempted to just quit and start something else? I'm looking for motivation to start from scratch in a new world, a new class, and a new start with absolutely nothing in my hands. So Basil, Who was your first character and HOW DID YOU DO IT?

A few months ago in Windia... this wasnt my first character in windia but like i had 2 other mules who were useless.. cuase 1 was a sin with int and a warrior with luk so they were all screwed badly lvl 20 and under so not money but like 1 -2k?.
I was efficient somehow and made a my first lvl 71 Dawn Warrior and a nice pro gifted me free FM merchant so i have atm 38mil which is most i ever made :D

and 6 att wg's for 10mil + spear att 60% * Thanks BasilMarket! *

so yeah... im pretty happy with myself :D

i had a lvl 36 cleric. with 1300 mp because i put ap into str so i could have a higher "whack attack". lol. he also had about 900 hp (put it on hp too lol)

well, my first character was my warrior, but i didnt put points into max hp increase soon enough...but i kept him cause i started during the last anniversary event, and had some maple equips (no weapons sadly), he is currently stationed in showa, so i can get red arrows wherever my archer is

Did exactly what he did. It's name was InverseSan. Made SaikiTou when I saw a bandit 10ish levels lower than me out-damaging me in lpq.

I had to sell snail shells to be able to afford the boat ride to Victoria Island.

I started OniDarkLink - Yeah i know, 3 years ago, i was pretty nub then got it to level 40 and messed up the ap and sp horribly.
I had some overall dex 10% and i used it on my sauna. All 5 worked - I r rich- Instead of selling it at the time i decided to make a dexless sin from scratch. I got a set of tobi from a nub who dropped it - I was desperate. And now a i have a level 71 hermit tada.

Teehee char was made after Beta. Don't remember how many years ago it was, but it's been awhile. I've played Teehee ever since I've been on Maple. I quit a bunch of times. I quit like 2-3 years and came back this August. Level 101 now :D

Started skeletalcat, my first character, a little over a year ago. My rl boyfriend started playing with me so we helped each other a lot. It wasn't always easy, but having someone there helped a lot! Make friends early in your new server and join a random guild. I still have buddies who knew me before i got 2nd job advancement XD.
