Nexon cheats lv 200 players!

Okay, so I always thought the rankings worked like this- Lets say two people are level 198. One gets to 200 before the other, but ultimately they are both lv 200. Person A reaches 200 first, so Person A shows up as number one permanently, while Person B, though being level 200, shows up number two permanently. While this is true and factual information, there is something wrong, as when someone immigrates from one server to another, they take precedence over the players that were already there. How is that fair?
Here is an example. Go here (Official Site) and click on world 'Bellocan'. As you will see, in rank one is Salleem the night lord, an immigrant level 200 player. In second place is WANDWAKKER, level 200 mage, native of server Bellocan. I was there when WANDWAKKER reached level 200, he was the first level 200 player in bellocan, showed up number one in Bellocan world ranking. But then there is Salleem who shows up from another server. Sure he was level 200 before Wandwakker was in another server, but wandwakker worked hard with the bellocan competition and ultimately was the first to reach 200 in this server [very late in relation with other servers]. Salleem probably did not face the same pushing competition wandwakker did, as Salleem was probably beat to level 200 from many others in a probably previously overpopulated server. So it is in my opinion that I believe WANDWAKKER should still be number one of bellocan, not the foreigner Salleem. I believe that our world ranking boards should be based on who was level 200 first in that region. So say for instance, Fangblade server transfers from Bera as rank 1, to Bellocan as rank 31, behind all current level 200 in Bellocan as of 1900 Nov. 7th, 2009. It should be made as a notice that your ranking will be affected by doing a server transfer, before you acknowledge it and use it. They should be well aware of the consequences of them changing servers. I just don't think it is fair that these players who worked so hard to reach level 200 in their server, and became rank one and were proud of their accomplishment, and able to rest in peace knowing in their server they were the best. Then this outsider comes along and takes his glory, when they were not even original competitors for first place. It's as bad as when players would first reach level 200. Fangblade was proud of his accomplishment, as the first level 200 in all of GMS, suddenly, what is this? Curryishott is now number one of all GMS! The original settings of the rankings was solely based on your exp. Level 200 players could continue to gain exp, so though there is no real accomplishment in grinding, players could not find a stopping point, not even at the max level. Fortunately, this system was changed to a first come first serve basis. So what is all of basil's opinion? Do you think the current system is fine? That a number one player of his server can just be surpassed by an already level 200 immigrant? Or do you think it should stay as whoever is level 200 in that server first, is how the order should be based. I personal prefer the latter, that the winner stay the winner. But of course, Nexon will always keep it as is. If they chose the latter, that would just mean less level 200 players who will spend their nx on server transfer coupons, knowing they would lose their place in their server. Salleem bounces around everywhere. I remember when he was level 12x. But yeah, it's not fair for immigrants to take the title.
I love how the next two pages have sins on the top and the next four are mages. :D
PlaxTheDark: so if i'm lvl80 immigrant i have to be the lowest lvl80 in the rank? No, because lower level rankings are determined by EXP as well as level. You'd be the lowest lv80 with -insert exp-. strongdude: Here's why: Salleem is a native to Khaini, and he was the first level 200 in Khaini. He reached 200 (in time) before WANDWAKKER. So it show's up in their database as: xxxxxxx reached level xxx at xx:xx on xx:xx:xxxx. It's not nexon, it's the computers. So good luck arguing against how the game is designed. I don't know if you quite understand how databases work. If you had a table 'users' in the database that looked like this: id | name | world | immigrant | level | date_reached_max_level 1 | Salleem | 6 | 1 | 200 | Aug 15th, 2009 8:01 2 | WANDWAKKER | 6 | 0 | 200 | September 20th, 2009 5:38 Just example data. You could easily write a query: SELECT * FROM users WHERE level = 200 ORDER BY immigrant ASC, date_reached_max_level DESC; Please don't spread rumors that you can't back up. PlaxTheDark: so if i'm lvl80 immigrant i have to be the lowest lvl80 in the rank? Not quite. If you were to level to 81, then that would put you in the group. But Salleem was already level 200, just in a different server. As I said it should be on a who got there first basis, and since an immigrant technically was not there when the other people hit level 200, he should not be allowed to pass them. So if you come in at 80, and you reach level 81 before all the other level 80 players, you will pass them, and you would be slide right into the rankings at that point based on the amount of exp you have. I'm not saying if you hit level 200, everyone who hits level 200 after you will pass you. Thats what I'm against. And I see what you are saying, its up to the computers, but I'm sure it would not be that complicated to fix that, or code it a certain way. I just got back from work, I'm so tired... lol. This is how pointless this thread is.
Kuroi: See when you make choices like that, the irrelevant, neutral choices, everyone on basil picks them, and that just makes the poll invalid. Whats the point? Don't be a silly goose. Perhaps. I would vote for it basically because I don't care. It's how I feel. You could also see how many other people don't care about the rankings. If MS rankings are important to you, then you are doing it wrong. o_o at least they're level 200 ;3

Kuroi: See when you make choices like that, the irrelevant, neutral choices, everyone on basil picks them, and that just makes the poll invalid. Whats the point? Don't be a silly goose. The more serious people actually vote for the real choices. The third option that he mentions would show to you how most people feel this issue is irrelevant. You could have added that "irrelevant" option. I honestly don't give much about rankings. And I bet some of the lv200 players feel the same way. I can imagine my self being a lv200... that 1 single ranking doesn't do me much, I rather chill around with my Draco and drawing peoples attention (OH LOOK! a lv200 lets click on him! cool mount man! followed by a flood of questions). If they only give about the fact that they would be on the lv200 rankings ... just 200 levels for .... that? naw man. Its about the IN game pride u achieved, the rest is misc.
-end rant- now gonna watch some -insert movie here- now New Blog: What the FAWK?!@#$% D=<
Or even better, The level 200s get moved to a "hall of Fame" section specially for level 200s.

Cliff notes pls.
