So I wanted to buy some 100% dagger atts from the scroll seller in kerning, but I realized there is no swamp of despair anymore
Does anyone know where he went?
Or if there is an alternate npc I can go to in Vic Island?

yes there is. go to the subway, keep walking to the 2nd map, and then go up in to the portal. Then keep walking till u see the 100% seller...
