If your talking about the CD monsters then they are at Kerning Square last floor

Go to Kerning City Subway and talk to the ticketing booth to get to Kerning Square. They're level 41 monsters with a good spawn/EXP ratio and they're on the top floor.

Nooo, he is talking about Maple! CDs are cooldowns, you find them in some skills such as Genesis, it lasts 30 seconds and Snipe, it lasts 5 seconds!

They are at the top floor of Kerning Square, they give 102ish exp and are very good training. Beware, though, that it is almost as bad as Truckers in terms of filled maps and ks'ers.
