Change the pants.. Can't tell if they're shorts that are too long or pants that are too short I think it'd lok better with different pants.

I would say, remove the head band and the wand because the dress and earrings look really nice together, and the hair would fit really well but the headband ruins it, and the wand just doesn't match. I also don't like the eyes
