I think you have to extract items in peoples extractors


I extracted a level 40 ring that I made which got me 2 Basic item crystals
also i did the same to my lightning earrings which got me 3

Go to the profession town, you will sometimes see this
xxxxxx's Extractor, click on it and place a item in there you would like to extract
if you cant find one on your channel, go to a different channel

or just be an alchemist and extract it yourself.

item crystal
1-70=basic
70-90=intermediate
90-130=advanced
130-200=Premium

Alchemist can make an extractor and you can use it( for a fee) and you can destroy the armor/wepeon for the crystals. Depending on the level of extractor, only certain levels can be extracted. A level 1 extractor can extract items 50 and below.

you have to be an alchemist
it's one of their skills; you extract the crystals from armor and the crystals depend on the armors level and your alchemy level
