Make a Demon Slayer and you'll see her right at the beginning in the cutscene. You'll also see Von Leon and another general with some snake.

How come mine says Orchid? not Orca
greenbandit: I don't know. Probably a mistake on Nexon's part but I know they are the same person because I saw her in my Mercedes quest.

on gms they changed her and akyrum name to orchid and arkarium. greenbandit: How come mine says Orchid? not Orca

Von Leon: Found in his castle
Demon Slayer: defected to the resistance
Sue: Unknown but is Orca's sister
Hilla: Probably the Main villain of the Phantom Questline
Gwar/Goire: Known in the cross hunter questline only as an etc. item called Evidence of Gwar/Goire that when attacked spawns remnants of Gwar/Goire
Eleanor: The Witch you fight at the end of the cygnus knights questline
