Did you do this recently? I already tried 7 times, haha... So you just keep pressing the link or what? In the email? Kishou: Okay. I have my email. I get the email to reset it. It says "PIC or PIN has failed to reset" when I reach the site listed in the email.
I'm ALL logged out. It still doesn't work. I restarted, cleared my cache and deleted all cookies. Might wanna try Private Browsing instead. The website is always glitchy for me.

It's an option for Mozilla if you have it. Should be under the 'Tools' tab. Don't know about google chrome or anything, I don't use it.
you both! I tried it in Mozilla Firefox, the private browsing - same result. I will try it in google chrome now.
Didn't work in Google Chrome either. I got 20 emails now, none of them worked. kandicandii: It said that for me too, but once I logged in game, it prompted me to changed my PIC
It doesn't for me. It just tells me to insert my PIN right away. This account still has a PIN, it was hacked long ago, therefore I don't know it. But now that I got access to my email, I thought that I could finally reset it. Register / login
