 Character: Edward (twilight) (level B) Media:Films, books Powers: Sparkilyness, mind reader, (friendly) vampire Achievements: Gained a love life, became a father, is a mass murderer Chatacter: Bieber & Black band (Justin Bieber and Rebecca Black in a single band) (Level S) Powers: Can cause instant death through music, mind control, can drive people mad Achievements: Too terrible to tell... Character: Yukari Yakumo(Level B)
Media: Video games (Touhou series; PCB, IN, IaMP, SWR, Hisou), visual novels (fanmade) Powers: The ability to the extent of manipulating boundaries*. Achievements: Made a whole different world called Gensokyo by manipulating illusion and reality. Character: Flandre Scarlet(Level B) Media: Video games (Touhou series; EoSD), visual novels (fanmade) Powers: The ability to the extent of absolutely destroying anything. Achievements: Nothing; she's caged up by her big sister Remilia. *: Yukari Yakumo has the power to manipulate any boundary. This means physical or abstract boundaries. In the most abstract sense, a boundary is what defines something from something else. If that boundary was removed, then it would be the same thing as another. If there were no boundaries, then everything (ex: water, fire, clothing, humans) would be one single object. This is what makes this ability so powerful; Yukari can define what is reality and illusionary, and she can define life from death. And this one: Character: SCP 173 Media: SCP Foundation Powers: Statue that kills whatever living being that stares at it, then breaks eye contact, B-A Achievements: Creepy ass killer statue, what more do you want?
hermit2468: Calcs which you state but don't show and feats which you don't state either. Seems legit. Well, considering that Vegeta with a power level at about 16,000 has enough power to destory a planet, SSJ1 Gogeta with a power level of 2.5b would be equivalent to 156,250 Vegeta's. He'd be fully capable of destroying a galaxy on SSJ4 with a massive big bang kamehameha. Anyways, Goku will still be the strongest character in fiction that isn't just blatantly OP as hell.

Try to use this ranking system to make an even match to have a larger variety instead of someone just ending it with Chuck Norris:
Level D= Normal Human capacity, such as The Punisher, Captain Price
Level C= Exaggerated Qualities, such as Captain America, Zoro
Level B= Mythical Abilities, such as Naruto, Dante,
Level A= Doomsday Capabilities, such as Goku, Superman, Incredible Hulk
Level S= Threat to Everything, such as Thanos,
An example would be,
Character: Goku, Level A category
Media: Manga, Anime, Dragonball Series
Powers: Planet busting ki attacks, cumulative transformations
Achievements: Saved the earth multiple times from some of the strongest sentient beings
Of course, it is very possible for confusion with the levels, so don't be obliged to use them. Be free to add more to your post and discuss some others. Good submissions will be edited in to the thread.
Please don't rage at each other but remember to try and have a discussion more-so. Also, try not to list omnipotent characters without listing any others. Also, TOAA is considered to be Stan lee and we don't really know his capabilities, so please be more precise.
