So? I have 11.7k (buffed) with 55% critical, and I'm pretty sure that I'm to
defeat Zakum before I run out of time. Scarlion is another possibility, since (if I remember correctly) Scar is weak to fire, and he's much easier to fight than Targa. All for all, I'm pretty sure any 4th jobber with 10k+ range can boss; therefore, you're capable of doing so too. currified: Zakum actually 'knows' whether it's being attacked by magic or weapon attacks, thus spamming Magic cancel at me all the time. Pretty annoying if I say so, and lengthens the time that actually takes me to kill it

Quest; regardless, I still feel confident that I can possibly defeat him. Also, I starting to believe that Zakum hates Mages, since my friend (who Zaks quite often) says in buddy chat... "UGH, Zakum magic cancelled me for the 4th time in the row, QQ" That honestly has to be the most annoying feature of some of these bosses in this game...

You get FIVE WHOLE SECONDS to attack him before he uses Magic Cancel again. currified: Green4EVER: ... I guess Zakum hates me.
you aren't the only one, i went with an evan friend of mine on my viper, it used like 5 watk cancel to 1 matk cancel.
Ecyz: Ugh, I heard really bad rumors about Krexel too. I wanted to fight
him on my I/L (during Pre-BB), but he has so much HP; therefore, it was a big turn off for me.

CL's bounciness works at Zak arms and HT. OT: Yes you will be able to solo, but no you won't be able to in a reasonable time or without making other people ridiculously annoyed.
jstn: Yeah, I most likely never will, due to that stupid jump quest that I
keep failing at. It's whatever to me though, but one of these days, we'll see.

Not true. Also, I do get a lot of magic cancel with zak... But I'll have to test krexel and toad sometime soon.
