Which would be stronger phantom or dual blade?
Is it Phantom b/c of their steal skill or the dual blade b/c of their avoid is increased so they don't get damaged a lot and their damage has been increased [not by a lot]?

With the same amount of funding, definitely DBs after the revamp. You forgot to factor in how much canes and cards will cost, which means you get less money to spend on %LUK equips. However, daggers 250ATK + and kataras 200ATK + are sooo abundant that it's not hard to find or too expensive to buy.

Depends on what you want to hit right. %50 - 75% luk isn't too hard to get - 9%-15% on each piece of equip.

Whole 6 piece empress set would be better in the LONG RUN - because it gives the %boss damage and w.atk

since when is doubling your main 1v1 damage "not a lot"?
It all depends on the funding of the character, not the class you play.

lol the avoid affect db's get allows them to hit criticals whenever a monster misses a db. Also, db's bossing skill (phantom blow, ironically named) is nearly doubled in damage
