It probably depends on how active this account is and how long you have it. Technically, it does have something to do with NX. All big spenders should automatically qualify as a BigWig. HopeSlash: ty everyone make sure you dont gift yourself 3 times in a row the maple points wont work you have to gift each different character everytime. i learned the hard way i gifted all 3 to my character and only received 1k instead of 3k
I gifted myself 3 times in a row to the same character and I got my 3k MP.

Even my own main account got it. You have to be active and spend some nx. Ad the account has to have been pretty old. No, it's totally random. My account has been around since around 2005, and I have a Mark of Beta, and I have a huge stack of NX and Karma cards in a box, totaling to at least several thousand dollars (I went crazy when I was younger, now not so much). On average I spend a few hours a day, but I would spend days back then while now I'm only on maybe 4-5 hours on weekends, and 2-3 hours on weekdays. Yes, I do other things with my life since I usually only play in mornings, or late evenings, and I've never been banned or have had any kind of suspension. I'm not a bigwig. My brother made an account a month ago and has never bought NX, and only goes on for less than an hour everyday, and he's a bigwig. Register / login
