So i reached lvl 100 and i get this quest about a phantom mount for 10m. I was wondering if it's worth buying for to get the mount?

If you have the money to spend and want to roam around with a mount just for the lols and the looks, go ahead.
Otherwise, no. Phantom is very mobile and there is no need for a mount.

But anybody could get to level 100 now so not really. If you plan on hitting 200, then yes. Get it for the 200 mount.
