Dont use Buffs Attack+,only boosters ,if the glitch stops working go in and out of the map till it works

For Phantoms/Bishops: Use dispel on the monster a couple of times then (for bishop) Use Angel Ray or Big Bang Or (Phantom) Chain lightning (most effective)

It's quite random. However, I think that once you get it going, it keeps going until you stop attacking for a bit, AKA whenever zak 1/1'd me.
