All of the Heroes and the released Kaisers got their Hyper Skills in KMS
Note that Aran's skills 1-13 will probably be the same for every class.

So, looking at mostly Evans, and the other classes, this is probable:
(Mind that for each skill you can choose one of three buffs)

Common Buffs (Aran 1-13) that are only useful to F/Ps Choose 1?
3) Hyper INT: Increases INT by 50 permanently
5) Hyper Critical Rate: Increases Critical Rate by 10% Permanently
7) Hyper HP: Increases HP by 15% Permanently
8) Hyper MP: Increases MP by 15% Permanently
10-13) Pretty Useless I'd say. +500wdef/ +500mdef/ Jump+10/ Speed +10

1) Increase in Damage
2) Increase in Range
3) Increase in duration of the Paralyze status abnormality

1) Increase in Damage
2) Reduce Cooldown
3) I'm not sure, Evans have a damage split, but Meteor already has that.

Probably Mist Eruption (But could be something like Infinity, too)
1) Increase Damage
2) Increase mob PDR%
3)Surpass Damage Cap [see thislovely thread by @Ouhai ]

-Then some really awesome new skill which could be anything
-A common adventurer buff

These are just my guesses. I might add more/ clean this up
Opinions, Guesses, Comments, Ideas, etc.?

I say make something with fire. It's called Fire/Poison mage, but the only "fire" skills that I use are Ifrit and Fire Demon, and Ifrit barely does crap, while Fire Demon is only there to make Mist Eruption more powerful. F/P mages are crazy strong enough at mobbing, that using Meteor makes the killing speed much slower in LHC/SH/KoH/Aswan.

Allow ME's damage cap to be raised to 4,999,999 or even 9,999,999. Give yet another Fire based DoT move.

A very powerful, high damage attack...
My idea:
Solar Flare
Summon the freaking core of the sun inside the body of 6 monsters. During this time, the monster will take 400% per second DoT for up to 15 seconds. Pressing this skill again will cause the core to explode with massive damage, 300% * 10. If the 15 seconds are up, the core will fail to explode. Using the explosion before the 15 seconds are up will allow the DoT damage to continue. Burning Magic only affects the DoT damage, and does not affect the 15 second limit. Cooldown of 25 seconds.

We'll probably get a Hero's Oath like skill. It increases damage and cap.

Chances are high that there'll be a 'surpass the damage cap' type of skill.
I'd love it if they implement some more %stance for us.
DoT mastery (don't know how it'll turn out, but better DoT for us).
Something firey, like what a poster previously said.
Tele Mastery's Mastery. Or just throw us a tele skill which is similar to Luminous/Phantom with no restrictions.

Possible ideas to throw out there:

1. DoT attacking faster, and/or has crits, and/or can attack twice per second, and/or can penetrate boss' Magic Cancel.
2. Mist Eruption - either lower the cooldown to 5 seconds to match GC or @Ouhai's idea
3. Paralyze - something like a 2% chance to 'freeze' bosses with a 8 minute cooldown every time the boss is frozen
4. New firey skill called "Hell", which FINALLY gives us a bit of survivability at hardcore bosses when they do Damage Reflect. The way it would work is, when there's DR, you absorb 70% of the damage dealt to you and your non-fired-based attacks become also fire-based (change animation also) for the next 2 minutes with a 5 minute cooldown.
5. New Party skill which would give everyone in your party 100% DoT each for the next 5 minutes with a 5 minute cooldown.
6. Big Bang- attack full damage without needing to charge for 1 minute with a 10 minute cooldown. (Same would go to IL AMs).
7. Infinity- change stance to 100% while Infinity is cast.
