So i have finishing blow 30 but as to where i get finishing blow 20 i have no clue. Anyone wish to enlighten me?

You are playing in Renegades... Thats going to be hard to find also considering they arent worth much so people trow them away!

I'm in the exact opposite position. I have Finishing Blow 20 passed, but can't find Finishing Blow 30.

Or maybe I'm just not looking hard enough in FM. (or find one decently priced)

dewgong. i got a finishing blow 30 from the neocity quest line. free level 30 mastery book... (not sure if random or just predetermined by class) but i cant use it cuz i need finishing blow to be level 15+ first. =.=

I found cheap Finishing Blow 30 for like 5 mil and passed it. Good luck!

anyone from GAZED need finishing blow 20? cause i haven't seen one in FM for awhile, but I have one xD
