No hero feathers to class already over 70?

I'm assuming it's not your main and if it is you should have the Dogma hat its far better than the feather overall. These are items for people not maining the class as far as I'm concerned because if you're seriously playing you're going to go for set gear or something with good pots not a lvl 70 hat like this.
