If it would not be an emp dagger, would that make it cheaper or more expensive?
Kiss4Korea 3b would NOT get you an Emp dagger of those stats with that much mesos. Maybe 5b would do it.

dutchman: 32Atks aren't duped. People used to farm GM GFA from the Golden Temple event last summer and then they duped the scrolls. They won't delete the item if it's made with duped scrolls. Well, most likely not or else all the godly equips in Maple would be deleted as most White Scrolls were duped.

But, VSS, 27 Attacks can also be made legitimately, with Shoe for Attack 10% and WS or Shield scrolls now. Nexon wouldn't know whether they're duped or not, because, unlike the 38Atks, they aren't name tagged, except for a certain few (PallyBlast is one). If you wanna play it safe, go with 18Atks, made with Shoe for Attack 60%. No clue how you'd get 20Atks o__o iMario5Bro5 There were two 20Attack equips there.
