I'm done flaming the community, let me start on Nexon. I don't know what this is, but apparently God has put some spell on you that makes you think Nexon is a bad company! THEY'RE DOING THE BEST THEY CAN! "Sorry, the server check has been extended for another hour." ANOTHER HOUR! THAT'S 60 MINUTES! Go watch TV, read a book, color, take a nap, do something, but don't whine until you can't cry no more on basilmarket or on the MapleStory forums! "L0L W1Z3T 1S B3TT3R" THAT, is an opinion and won't be fought for. Nexon deserves more hospitality and kindness than what you inconsiderate, useless players throw at them. Take over a sucessful game that Wizet makes, make it BETTER than what MapleStory is with Nexon running it, and THEN you can complain to me. Finally, I'm ending it at basilmarket. Mr.basil, mods, this is a wonderful site, but the community isn't. Can you recall ONE DAY that someone didn't cry because they lost a car, they want to start something that will never happen until it does in real life,or they just want to go crazy and say that their fish had guppies that are now dog-fish living in a computer. Mr.basil, you can do much better. Be MUCH MORE strict on the rules, be MUCH MORE offensive, give LONGER bannings, MORE mods, FIX the filter, STOP the stupidity, because I don't know how basilmarket's making it with this chaos. Sleepywood's much better (only for the community, though. The way the forums look is hideous.) If you read this, I applaud. You're 1 in 3% that will. If you don't, I'm not surprised. I read it, and what a pointless thread. This topic had been discussed many times before and ALWAYS ended up being a flame war. Don't bother, that's how Americans are (even though I'm one myself).

Thank goodness, someone sees BasilMarket in my eyes. I joined Basil, mainly for the auctioning. Later I got into the forums. I was nice. For a minute. I blinked and BAM. Hundreds of flamers bouncing off the walls. The mods are doing the best they can, but there is no way 5 of them can monitor 5000+ people. Even so, half the threads go unchecked.And to the Nexon part. Exactly. One hour isn't that much. The way some of you act makes me wonder if MapleStory is a 13+ game, or a 2+ game. One hour of your time isn't much. You could take one hour off your sleep if you were that desperate. Not everything in the world revolves around you.

I think it's about three years too late to say this, and not nearly enough is done about it. Basilmarket is merely a chunk of the GMS community. IF every person in Basilmarket was with you 100% MAYBE we can change GMS, but in reality 99% of uis know it's not going to happen.Your proposal is to be much more strict on Basilmarket right? However, when there's rules theres a lot more to enforce. First of all, 1 minute after changing the rules, there will be hundreds of threads saying "OMG BASULMAREKT RULE SUX". Assuming that the rules are met, they'll be banned from Basilmarket. They can easily make a new account and do it all over again, and it'll be that endless chain of people getting banned. What I'm trying to say is that GMS is in such a big ditch when it comes to community (the level of community is so low, that like a third of the people on MS don't even use complete words, manners, or means of helping a newb) that it's almost impossible to patch it up.

Oh my goodness! A basiler with my same exact views. If I wasn't dating right now, I'd so marry you/let you be my baby's daddy/ect.
It's life. People are jerks. But there's not much you can do about it. And are we not any different from those who come onto Basil to complain and rant about their problems by making threads like these and commenting on it? It's kinda funny. People will complain about things, but they won't do anything about it. Why? Is it because they believe they can't, and want to share their views so somebody else could do it? Hehe.....Well, if you want to quit and leave, that's fine, have fun, enjoy life, etc etc etc. If you want to stay, that's fine too, have fun, enjoy life, etc etc etc. My belief is that it doesn't matter where you are, or what you're doing, as long as you're having fun and enjoying life. Life's not easy: It's full of bumps and turns. But if you can make the best of it, then it's a lot more enjoyable.
