I'm done flaming the community, let me start on Nexon. I don't know what this is, but apparently God has put some spell on you that makes you think Nexon is a bad company! THEY'RE DOING THE BEST THEY CAN! "Sorry, the server check has been extended for another hour." ANOTHER HOUR! THAT'S 60 MINUTES! Go watch TV, read a book, color, take a nap, do something, but don't whine until you can't cry no more on basilmarket or on the MapleStory forums! "L0L W1Z3T 1S B3TT3R" THAT, is an opinion and won't be fought for. Nexon deserves more hospitality and kindness than what you inconsiderate, useless players throw at them. Take over a sucessful game that Wizet makes, make it BETTER than what MapleStory is with Nexon running it, and THEN you can complain to me. Finally, I'm ending it at basilmarket. Mr.basil, mods, this is a wonderful site, but the community isn't. Can you recall ONE DAY that someone didn't cry because they lost a car, they want to start something that will never happen until it does in real life,or they just want to go crazy and say that their fish had guppies that are now dog-fish living in a computer. Mr.basil, you can do much better. Be MUCH MORE strict on the rules, be MUCH MORE offensive, give LONGER bannings, MORE mods, FIX the filter, STOP the stupidity, because I don't know how basilmarket's making it with this chaos. Sleepywood's much better (only for the community, though. The way the forums look is hideous.) If you read this, I applaud. You're 1 in 3% that will. If you don't, I'm not surprised. This is because USA has many spoiled brats and fat people. End of story.Also, they aren't taught any better when they are young, and there's hell of a lot of young kids who lie about their age to Nexon to play.
You do make several valid points, but there’s really nothing you can do to change the way others act. It all stems off of the hot-headed personalities of certain individuals. Eventually, most people will come to realize how annoying such persons are and begin to shun them, leading them to quit due to pure boredom. Following this logic, the best thing we can do is be as friendly as possible in our own manner. ^^ Don’t let these people get to you, I’m sure we will eventually outnumber the bad seeds. That being said, no one is perfect and we all have our days in which we are not exactly the ideal person to converse with. All that’s left is to be optimistic and hopeful of change! :D

You're mainly right but i have to admit that the higher level community is getting better for the most part. At least in broa it is, because there is a lot more map sharing and literally no ks wars except himes occasionally. Lots of good guilds running about doing their thing. Its the people that are like 50-90 that really ruin the game, i dont know why, im not trying to stereotype or anything but its just that most of the jerks that play are in those levels.
I agree, I started OMS (Don't say what it is b/c it's against the rules to discuss) but anyway people gave me, 3 tubes, a party hat, 50k, maple bow, maple soul searcher (im an archer) and some town scrolls.

Well, when you let everyone access a game, the community turns to crap. Take runescape for example, even more accesible than maplestory. And its community is alot more immature ( although not as jerkish)WoW, has a bunch of more adults playing the game so the communitys pretty nice. I asked some guy for 10 silver the other day and he gave me 1 gold  On my first day I asked some guy for directions and he gave me like a 10 minute lecture on how to go places

99% of the people who complain about nexon have no clue as to what they actually do, nor would know how to even start doing what they do.I think Nexon is doing just fine. GMS community is horrible, and basil went down the hole a few years back, despite the change in the look its still a constant flame war, and 90% of the people don't even use it for what its intended purpose is, auctions.
Stop giving a bunch of crap to the GMs people, do you know how hard they work? They're not here for specifically YOU. And if you were them, i wouldnt give you your account back " I know the login ID please give me the password and pin and my email back so i can get my account back from a hacker, pleasepleaseplease" or "I GOT HACKED GIVE ME MY INFO! - OH STUPID GM WOULDNT GIVE ME THE INFO TO THIS ACCOUNT LETS BCH ABOUT IT AND SAY HOW MUCH THEY SUCK!" do you guys ever THINK? Seriously, next time you "Get hacked" Think about what you did wrong, and what the GM is going to think when you tell him/her that you dont know jack about the info.
I usually help people when they come to me for help. If they ask me to help them do some quests, I do it, if they need scrolls to get out of Eos or Orbis Tower, I give them to them, I also give mesos if I'm not poor at the moment. The only thing that really annoys me are most of the people begging for mesos are ungrateful and ask for more mesos and equips that aren't even for their class after you've been nice enough to give them something (and then ask you for more if you give them those). Most of the people I have given mesos to are not grateful for it, and that really puts a damper on things, so I can understand why some people don't do it.
