Sage Cats take up a lot of HP. I suppose you could lure them into a corner, climb up, cast Puppet, and kill them all. That would take a long time though, as there's at least 15 down there after you kill the top." Hm, maybe 65 is too low for them then. I haven't had any such problems at sage cats. I barely used any pots actually. Maybe strafe and being able to consistently KB goes a long way on the map. Sometimes the bottom does get cluttered if you're on the top too long, but they're skinny monsters so it's easy to find a gap, jump in and IA away until you've mobbed them all to death. and sage cats - the ONLY DROP i've ever gotten from them was earring int 60%'s, and they drop pretty often (i got 4 of them in 3 hours). definitely good for your money to go there, way better than anywhere else except at pirates with a pet (for me) went to both at lvl 80, mind you. i could go back and retest using just double shot, bomb and a clean kandiva to get similar results to lvl 60/70's training there. pm me if you want me to field test. edit: i think something of note is that kappas drop bow 60's. dunno if you want to include that or not. Nice guide! spiritrival said: "You say it's not that hard, yet you gave it a lower rating than what sapphire originally had >.> Anyways, training spots depends on your equips/damage. I would assume that you are above average." oh ya true....my bad wdiablo2004 said: "Is it more effective to train with IA or Strafe at Hoodoos and if it's IA at what level would Strafe become more effective (if ever)" IA when theyre all packed together and strafe when theyre not. I'll update everything after finals, I promise. Ex. Jr. Wraiths (35 -39) Spawn: High Training Cost: Moderate-High Movement: Moderate EXP/HP: 1/17.1 Overall Rating: A I Recommend: Good level Bomb/IA (especially IA), and/or FA Notes: This map consists of one long flat area (you'll run into several more of these). Maps like these generally have the same set of pros and cons. Since the terrain is flat, you won't run into the problems archers have with elevation and shooting. Also, having all the monsters on one platform makes it easy to manage mobs, since there are no natural partitions. However, this also means there are no safe/sniping points, and nowhere to escape from minimum range, which leads to taking more damage.
