Sadly, I see no other choice than to start charging people to post. Yes, you read right. Each post will now cost 10 cents. You can charge up your account in $5 (50 posts) or if you pay $10 you get an extra 10 posts (110 total). I'm really disappointed to have to make this change, but perhaps some of you will now appreciate that posting on BasilMarket is a privilege. The change will become live as of April 2. Replies

Mr. Basil, i think that a better solution would be to hire more moderators. If you are serious the Basil population could possibly drasticly decrease. (im part of that population). The posts that people make are for me the most interesting thing Basil Market, so if you do this you can be sure of losing me as a visitor.
