Never thought THIS would happen

I sent nexon a ticket asking why I was banned, they responded with "Your apeal was been denied, all users are required to obey the rules of the game" blah blah. I sent another ticket explaining I would like to know WHY I was banned, and if they cant help me I'd like a phone number to call, and I stated how I refuse to buy anymore NX because I refuse to support their company if they are going to ban legit players. They send me one saying this ticket was closed bc its a duplicate. I tried sending another (In a different catagory) asking for contact info as far as an address to write a letter or phone number to call. They have noe blocked me from logging tickets. SCREW NEXON. I'm going to start a dam petion Its bull. I logged in today, and it was a bit laggy. I then went to go buy new shoes for my mage. Then I ran over to kerning to go MCPQ. I got a party, I got into the PQ. About 3 minutes into the PQ, my computer locks up and I get booted. I go to log in... and this is what I see. link Now, I have no idea why. I've never used any illegal programs, I've never partied with a hacker, I dont curse people out, I dont KS I dont pick fights. I do nothign wrong in game. To make it worse, that is my account that has my I/L Mage on it that I just wasted 5K NX on to get new hair and color. EVEN WORSE than that. It has my Lvl 27 permabeginner, that just hit under rank 3,000 in job class in all of windia. So now that I've had a ban on my account, I'm no longer listed on rankings. I sent them an email, because hey, if they're gonna ban me for the next 7 MONTHS, I'd like to know why. But I know the respnse I'm going to get, I'm gona end up getting one of those auto-responses they love to send out. Kinda like how I sent them an email about an error I've been getting for oh... about the last 2 months now. And they said to try all the things I listed to them that I already tried. Sorry I just needed to vent because nexon is getting me mad and I'm tempted to just write a letter to the company. What I find funny, if you go to CC1, in kerning watch how many people screaming "R> PQ! I HAVE AC" Or in Henny CC 1 screaming "I can smuggle!" Yet, me... someone who reports all of those people, and refuses to party with them gets banned for this. If someone in HPQ, or KPQ tells me they smuggle or have AC I quit the party and find a new legit one. Even some guy last night in KPQ (On my bowman) told me he had a tracker program... I quit the party..  And yea the level 33 wouldnt be hard but my friend literally jsut gave me all his scrolled items to BORROW on my mage, and a level 27 perma-beginner with a Tuna worth over 10 Mil is a bit hard to get again, not to mention the pants on that char that was scrolled with TWO 10%'s and TWO 30%'s might be a bit hard to remake.. *** EDIT*** I dont use ANY programs at all for anything. I dont run AIM, Yahoo, MSN, Fraps, iTunes, Photoshop etc. The ONLY program I run while playing Maple is XFire. Thanks for all the offers to start over and funding me and everything. I dont need it though, I do have other accounts, I am funded on my main account which is still active. I didnt write this to beg for free stuff, I'm jsut quite annoyed with nexon and their choices to ban legits. I'm going to bed. I'll check on the thread in the morning. That really sucks, i got banned for hacking and that was about it, it was only for a month too, damn man 7 months, thats really gota suck, and you didn't even do anything, grr stupid nexon

I just despise the fact that good people like you are banned while when I check the names of hackers I've found years ago, some of them are STILL on the ranking. One of them is an established Maple community member (name disclosed) *cough* which outrages me. There's nothing I can see happening though because Nexon's the guys who run this joint...I'm currently taking a Torts & Constitutional Law I 1A course and legal options against Nexon in the matter regarding accounts, etc. (assuming you'd even want to take it this far ^_^) is not possible. Nexon's protected under the PLC, or the Intellectual Property Clause / Law stated clearly in their Service Agreement that states "Nexon America Inc." said: "6.1 Ownership. Except for the personal information and content submitted by users of the Service, the Service and Software and all content included therein (including without limitation graphics, artwork, music, choreography, characters, character IDs, Forum IDs, account IDs, Cash Items and/or other items acquired or created in the Service, including through the Cash Shop) are owned by Nexon America or its licensors, and are protected by United States and other international intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks and trade dress in connection with any product or service that is not ours, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers or subscribers, or in any manner that disparages us. Except as expressly provided herein, we and our licensors do not grant you any express or implied rights, and all rights, title and interest that we have in and to the Service that are not expressly granted by us to you are retained by us." I'm truly sorry for your loss. Now, one thing I do not see in the service agreement (I did a quick scan of it for practice =P) and I didn't find anything regarding any clauses protecting against the compensation of your time (however, NX cash is included in the PLC, so they don't have to refund your 5 bucks) spent in playing (assuming that you have legitimate proof of the amount of time spent, a general "about 2 months" will not suffice). *hint* This also basically means that any petition you may consummate can be nullified and Nexon can basically just disregard it... But good luck. I'll try and look into some other options for you.

Of course youre off rankings. Youre banned. Once the ban is liftet, you might get back on rankings.

I'm relatively sure Nexon doesn't ban for third party programs that don't directly affect the game. I've been playing MS for about three years and Nexon has never banned me. Usually, I'm running Google Desktop, Outlook, Pidgin, Peer Guardian, utorrent, iTunes, AVG, Zone Alarm, and some other not as well known programs, I've even tried dxwnd a long time ago. If I had to guess on how Nexon hands out bans for third party programs, I'd guess that they detect any programs which alter the memory for the MS process. Some newer viruses will inject some code into the start of every process to try to defeat antivirus programs. My guess is that GameGuard pick up on this and decided you tried to hack the game. Before you say you don't have a virus, keep in mind that some of the newer viruses, like Storm, were designed to be invisible to the user. These viruses are designed to make a profit for the creator, because of this, sometimes, they become inactive when the user is using the computer, and activate when the computer becomes idle, kinda like a screen saver.
