Is a mist build worth it after the BB?
Hey basil, i quit my old F/p mage about last Jan and when i quit him he was a lvl 73 with 10 mist (mist build) and i pretty much just got back on after hearing about this big bang patch. Is it still worth going for a mist build or start puiting points into something else? thanks

This. But I don't think it does misses. If the monster's level is too high, it doesn't poison it.
Mist can still be useful, maxing it is fine after explosion of course (if you want). I used mist, explosion and tele mastery to move around the gallos map (even after they were nerfed, as they're still good exp at lvl94 and if you kill quick which you can do with the above combination of skills). I know not everyone has the patience for it but it's fun to use and changes the way you train, rather than just spamming explosion. With tele it's fast to go around a small map, doing damage as you go with tele mast., with mist doing dmg. and then you finish it all off with explosion. Basically, all the monsters die with one finishing explosion ^.^ which I quite love. Plus when at a map, if it's not one where ks wars go on, when others come in and see mist, they usually cc right away as they know someone is there right away. I find that most helpful in maps. Have fun and don't discount mist completely, it's still useful and fun to use ;-)
I think teleport mastery+FA and Explosion is better than misting. I don't have the patience to walk over big maps and misting all over the place in circles. Not only that, but mist post BB seems weaker (I might be wrong) and Nexon totally changed the formula in a way that we can't abuse/rely it anymore.
I train in small maps, so I mist (level 1) and used teleport mastery and FA. 1-2 hit kill. When I got my explosion maxed, I started adding onto Mist in case I wanted to use it...
You should try out Samiho or the aliens in Omega sector.
