I'm pretty sure there is one for America so you will need something that, if I discussed it here, would be against the rules (I think?)

I'm live in New Zealand and I can play the game fine from here. The only problem is what seems to be the same glitches that ran through Tespia.

Do you have the VPN on? Because you need to in order for the game to start along with the Japanese-code Page. I'm not going too in-depth considering it's against basil rules.

are you using a VPN/proxy? that would be why.

Nope since i live in america im i.p blocked

I've created a character on Keyaki if you want to add me - BBJapan (Can't think of any other name).

Whenever I enter the game and go into the tutorial, the client goes into a 'not responding' state so I can't be bothered at the moment trying to log on.

Edit: For all that need to change it to a 'Japanese-coded' page:

1. Open 'Control Panel'
2. Open 'Clock, Languages, and Region'
3. Click 'Region and Language'
4. Go to 'administrative'
5. Click 'Change system locale'
6. Choose 'Japan (Japanese)' from the list given

You will need to restart your computer so don't worry if it asks you that. After that, you should be able to get into the game.

@Kioshin97 I'm on my phone so I can't really see that picture too well, but I'm guessing that that's the Japanese-code page error, the one that most basilers starting jMS seem to be having.

The only thing you can do is try to find another method. Discussing such things on Basil is a bannable offense, so I can't help you here.

Btw, I would suggest you atleast try learning the language since I know how Justin gets aggravated when he's asked for translations every minute of the day. :o One of the reasons I temporarily quit, to learn Japanese. :x

Hey guys, after you download jMS, be sure to set your computer to Japanese-code page, or else the game will fail to start up.

Theres alot of registration guides, I don't know much, however since it is a Nexon ID that you need, you probably need a fake "name generated" SSN from that 3rd world country.

Bowless is my ign, and I am having fun with arrow blow being a mobbing skill. Too bad its kinda laggy, since I am so far away from Japan, and the VPN doesn't make it lag free. But its fun ^^. Keyaki is my server btw.

You will be screwed if you don't have 100% of every bit of information that is registered with your account. You will not be able to charge NP, use the MTS, change your MapleStory password, or anything involving your Nexon ID.

Oh, and by the way : Maple ID =/= Nexon ID.
