Questions on Dexless Sins

First of all, I need clarification on this formula:
"this is due to a new formula for big bang, practically "2.00*(4 * LUK + DEX) * (Weapon Attack / 100) ", so in other words no matter how much DEX you have it is all the same, because it is combining the two primary stats for a sin (LUK + DEX) together, however with %LUK eqps, people are switching to low dex as that it will benefit more (able to wear higher lvl eqps = better potentials)."

Is it "2.00*(4 * LUK + DEX) * (Weapon Attack / 100) "
or
"2.00*(4 * (LUK + DEX)) * (Weapon Attack / 100) "

Cause that makes a huge difference... Someone please give me a [b]reliable[/b] answer.

Also, I would like to know, so is it worth it going dexless?

I've never been past 70+ in my 4 years of mapleing, so don't give me stuff about how dexless by 120, would be super, uber expensive, etc etc.

I'm thinking mostly, 1-70. How much money would I need?

I have like 4 tobis right now, 6 att wg
and about 70m to fund, but I DON'T WANT TO SPEND IT ALL

I switch off with a lot of classes, so I [i]hate[/i] buying expensive things for just one of my characters, i.e. zhelm.

If I see my assassin is the one I want to continue, I'll buy a zhelm.

So guys, what would I need for about ~

50m of funding?

Also, I already have had an assassin, it's not that bad, but I was high dex (90), so I'm sure I can get to 50 easily, just need some help on equips.

Also, the only reason I'm doing sin and now nw, cause I always have those inner thoughts about how 3 years from now, IF I ever reach 120 on my NW, I would kill myself for not starting a sin, and getting farther, lol =P
But that will prolly never happen, but yeah, only reason I'm picking sin again.
