Definitely stay away from Mechanics. Homing hissile activation are completely latency-dependent and those take up a good 60%+ of their total damage. Bots n' Tots will also be heavily affected.

I doubt it. SAO and AoT NX aren't ever coming back AFAIK (hence, super exclusive), but heroes outfits typically get released again during every major class revamp via Cash Shop sales or Surprise
