Recently I screwed up So the other day when everyone got rollbacked after massive duping in all servers, my main character got hell banned and after a few days that ban turned into a permanent ban. Thus, I rushed to the nexon support website and wrote out my ticket... After rushing and sending the ticket, I read it over and I actually say "I duped" instead of "I did not dupe" to emphasize that I did not do anything and got perm banned. Then this morning I look into my email and all I see is the GM told me that they could not release my account due to that... So now I sent them a ticket explaining that I typed wrong but do you think Nexon will still give me another chance? Ugh..... </3 >.<
