Getting back into MapleStory Pretty much with the title; getting back into it during Christmas break 'cause of school. I was wondering what I have missed for the past four months?

Hyper Skill Points Decision Which should I add, 15%hp or +40 DEX? I think it's +40 DEX. Correct me if I'm wrong. I have 26kHP if your wondering.
Pdr glitch? S K so I got the secondary weap. from the Skys the Limit event so I got 15% pdr but when I equiped it, I go from 66-71% instead of 66-81%. Is this a glitch or something?
