F/p cant spam Me anymore? Hello, I was watching some F/P bossing videos, and in their videos, it looks like they can spam ME with no cool down. I was inspired to make a F/P because it looked like a very fun class, it is currently level 132. The problem is.. I can't spam ME because of cool down? did ME get nerf?

So i was training on my mule account, and then i got a warning sign that a elite is coming so i switch to my high level character to kill the boss, when i got on the character, i just notice the elite has been killed and no one was there. The bonus stage started by itself. I looked in the next map, but no high level is here. Is this a hacker invisible or a bug? o.o
