Dat customer support lt3 So a lot of people complain about Nexon's support, which I have to admit is subpar, but today I experienced a whole new level of incompetence. Recently, I decided to play Maple again. Much to my horror, there's something wrong with my computer/net causing my computer to be unable to connect to the Nexon servers (no worries I stole my brother's computer to play instead). Anyway, back on topic, I Googled around only to realize that I'm not even getting paid to do so much tedious labor so I decided to contact my ISP. On the Comcast support page, they had an option to have a live chat (like IM) with a staff member so I did that and they responded within a minute which was great. Cant start up Maple Hello guys, long time no see. I certainly hope this community is still doing well. Without further ado, let me introduce the background and the rest of the issues regarding my Maplestory client. I cannot seem to log into the Nexon website. The server simply times out, however, I can access the homepage and all of its features excluding the login function which forces me to launch the game via GameLauncher.exe. However, when I open the .exe, the launcher opens but nothing happens after I click "Play" and the server check/firewall message comes up momentarily. Elaborating, Black Cipher and HShield do NOT open at all and Maplestory.exe is running as a process in task manager from the time I click "Play"
What can I do to get my account back? Hi guys, I quit Maplestory for a year or so after being hacked and I'm feeling the urge to go on tonight. I have this account, a HS mule, that I do not have the email, username and password for. Well, to elaborate, I forgot the email, which I have always used my email instead of the username and the password is the username, which I don't have, because hey, let's face it, it's a mule account. However, I do know most, if not all, of the personal information used for the account; on top of that, I'm pretty sure I can guess the password to the email. I sent Nexon an email asking for a hint about the email used and said I can provide any information to verify my ownership of the account. I'm just wondering
what happened to the "buying" feature Soooo, I'm finally unbanned and I've been dying to ask this question. How come the buying part of the auction system was removed? Roar vs soul driver I spent my 2x helping friends with ksers, mainly dawn warriors. I use roar a split second before the monsters spawn so it hits almost instantly after the monster spawns. Apparently this isn't fast enough against a pro dw so is soul drive better than roar no matter what or is there a way to hit with roar faster?

Auto CCing hackers On a more serious note, many of you have seen drops on the ground but no person. It's because they have auto cc so you can't report them. Here's my question(s), if they are attacking, does the auto cc bypass the "oh noes, you need to catch your breath" part? Also, why if all the channels have people?
"jump" update questions As I was flipping through spadow's post about the new kms patch, I noticed a few things. 1) Rush's range for pallys has been increased. Rush is a common skill so would it be also be increased for DrKs and Heros? 2) Dark Impale is a "fast" attack so does that mean a slow spear would be the same speed as a normal spear? 3) aight, one more :) dragon strength, replacing blood, is a buff which adds 60 str. Does it add the 60 str to your base or to the additional stat section? It seems obvious it would be in the additional stat section but a bunch of people were like "omg extra 60 str=uber coolness with %equips" Thanks :)
What's with the petitions? Sorry ahead of time for my 2nd rant of the night. [header]My opinion[/header] Petitions are annoying, are they not? A majority of them don't even have valid arguements, for example: "change buster back to crusher because buster sounds stupid" (seriously? Cmon). Making useless petitions hoping to change the game to whatever you see fit is nothing but selfish. Seriously, if it's not broken, why bother? I must say, noobs dissappoint me. So today I was flipping through my facebook and this person I know irl was on maple (far from friend). She seemed like the average noob but I added her to my guild anyway since we were 100 away from 100k contributes. Suprisingly, she declines the invite and later explains it to me on facebook. Disconnecting when taking a ss? So today I was playing on my laptop, I killed a harp and it dropped 2 equips. I was gonna take a ss (Fn+insert/scrl lock) but right when I hit the keys, my ms lagged for a split second then closed. Anyone else having probelms with this? (I messed with my ms files so maybe that's why)
