Nx Transfer Is it possible to transfer nx across worlds? Sorry, I'm a noob.

Equips as a starter So, I recently came back from a 2-3 year break and I have no idea what to do. I made a new character and got from 1 to 100 yesterday. My old character used untradeable event gear (I was a noob) and now I'm just using the Frozen set from the event again which is pretty meh. I have 600m so I wonder what equips I should get when starting out? Other tips on what I should do is appreciated as well :D
Trouble logging in? I get this stupid "Trouble logging in?" message after selecting a channel when launching from the website and using GameLauncher I get the "Trouble logging in?" message when I'm trying to log in (using my e-mail since I don't have a Nexon ID). Halp?
Which world? I played Windia in 2013, didn't enjoy it too much, quit the game. Coming back now, should I keep playing Windia or switch to Bera, Scania or Khroa? I kinda want to switch to Bera, how is it over there?
