Easiest path to clean ra? Okay i have decided as a Kasiser i want to defeat Magnus in 1v1 combat as my end goal. To do this i feel i need cra gear. So considering i'm 130 currently and unfunded, what path should i take to eventually get this gear?
What i think happened to the community I think I know why nobody talks now... It's because level 200 and the end game is now possible to achieve... Just think back to the time when Fangblade reached 200 on his character, Back in 2008 that took over a year of solid grinding, Which is why nobody bothered with it! Everybody just kinda hanged around and well... Talked! Since that was the best way to get enjoyment out of the game. Sure he got a lot of adoration for it (Even his own NPC) but it was less inspiration for others and more of a talking point in the maple community. Is my Kaiser bugged? (For anybody interested i'm playing EMS) So i can use dragon slash just fine pre-final form. But when i use the skill suddenly when i press the attack key my Kaiser doesn't use dragon slash but some kind of regular attack that lacks the dragon slashes animation and is way slower, but still hits multiple mobs at once with a higher speed. This is at 3rd job and my wing beat and swords attack work just fine... Anyone else had this issue?
Will we ever actually get to fight the Black Mage? So as far as the story goes, A second battle against the black mage is inevitable. All the hero classes have people at 200+ on them so they're ready to take him on. But as far as the game goes? The black mage will only be able to be fought and have the stories end when Nexon actually kills Maplestory. The only problem is when they do that the game will have declined so much already the only people left to fight him are not going to have the range to fight him. Plus he's had so much build up in so many different story lines i wonder if anything they would release would give justice to him... So do you think they will ever actually release the black mage fight in a future update?
Is the bull event even possible? Furthest i got in it was when they bring in 2 more bulls, then one of them spawned on top of me and i lost. Is this event even possible to beat? What are the rewards for completion?
Am i missing something with the Balrog fight? I just did the Balrog expedition twice solo on an unfunded Kaiser at level 68, And all i got from it was like 25% bar of exp and a piece of balrog leather. All that happens when i kill him, Is that he says his defeat line, I get sent to the exit map and when i leave the portal i only get the aformentioned loot. Surely there has to be some reason to fight him isn't there? Does the leather have a purpose? Also i used to be able to get a prize from tristan when i defeat him 200 times, Is that still avaliable? I can't seem to be able to even enter the room he is in without completing some quest i have yet to recieve.
Does the 4x coupon stack with the 2x exp rate and 2x coupon? Just wondering, Because that could boost exp rates to 16x...

Best skill in Maplestory? So we're up to about 33 different classes now (Including noblesse and citizen under beginner), All of which with unique skills. So out of all of these, Which do you like using the most? It can be a link skill, Buff, damage skill or anything else! (Mount skills to). For me i would go with combo drain, For a measly 30 combo you can be pratically impervious to anything less than a OHKO as long as you are dealing damage.
Best class for doing gollux? I'm thinking of doing gollux and eventually buying equips to sell on for some decent income, So i can break into other bosses... But i'm lost as to what class has the dps to do the arms/legs (Maybe the torso) without needing more that a couple mil in funding to do it. Any ideas?
Going back to 2005 I recently decided to use the wayback machine to go back to the earliest crawl of Basilmart- October 25th, 2005! And damn, the site looks a hell of a lot different! For one the forums only have 7 sections, 4 of which are for the main towns on victoria island. Yep, 4 main towns the pirate class did not exist yet O.o And on the screens section, people are celebrating people getting over level 100! This is far before my time so i have no idea what it's like playing maplestory pre big bang... Have a poke around, see if you can find something interesting on there. My Character seems to be bugged For some odd reason, my level 121 Evan is shown and a pile of mage clothing with a pair of eyes glaring out of them. Any reasons as to why this is? (Also, how to i embed images? The site does not like website links so i can't use tinypic/imgur)
