About 4th tier potential Since Chaos removes 4th tier potential, does this mean that items that already have 4th tier potential are they downgraded like 12% -> 9%? or do do they only lose their 4th tier potential if you recube them?

Patch problems (Cannot Connect to server) When the client tries to patch, i receive a message "Connection with the server could not be established". The patch freezes and will not continue. I have tried: Restarting computer, Uninstalling/Reinstalling MS, Manual Patcher What happens when i try to manual patch it is that the patcher freezes at .Wz files, and wont load any further. Could anyone please help me find a solution?

Going Str Dualblade I see many godly GDK's, and Reverse Pescas go for much much less than Blood Dagger/Killics with about the same attack. Not the mention, Str daggers are much more attractive. With equips, i currently have around 55 str, would be a good choice to scroll up some Str gear to wear cheaper, better Str daggers? Or should i just add around 20 Str so I have 75 for a Pescas?
Should Blizzard be maxed? I am currently lvl 96 on my sniper and ive been using my blizzard as much as a mobbing atk as a immobilizer. My sniper is brand new and i had always though blizzard did not hit criticals, delt relatively weak damage and was only raised to the lvl where it can freeze for 3 seconds. But now would it be more beneficial to max it and use it in place of iron arrow?
Will i be Permanently banned? I was scammed 1k nx in the fm, i gifted him a gach ticket and he kept on saying he did not recieve it and that i should gift another just incase, then he would pay me 20mil if he recieved both. After i refused to gift a second one, he said "I scammed you". I got pissed and reported him for scamming. I was being stupid selling nx to someone in the fm, and even stupider for reporting someone for scamming me just 1k, and my question is, will i be permanently banned for violating the TOS and selling nx in game? =[
