Hey, I'm really new to the whole weight loss deal, I wasn't blessed with an amazing metabolism like lots of teenagers these days, I'm 19, 6 foot 2-3 ish, and probably weigh around 340, haven't been on a scale in like 2 years to be honest. I don't own one. I don't want to be SUPER picky about calorie counting, but rather make healthy choices, and stay under some # of calories... I am not 100% sure what it should be, which is why I am here. If I'm 6 foot 2, and 350Lbs, around how many calories should I be taking in to steadily lose decent weight (I want to lose 100 LBs this year if possible. As well as how should I go about it. Help with querying Sql Db from Php So... My PHP code just won't work for me, I've been trying to fix this for awhile now, I can't figure out what is wrong. The user selects a team name, and role from 2 drops downs that are populated straight from the Database so there can't be a spelling error, the database is already populated so it just has to update, but with the variables it won't work. I can't find why. It works fine if I change the variables to just strings.

Looking for a specific song dubstep/electro/house So to all the electro/dubstep/house people I need your help. It's a current song, been popular in the last 2 months. Unfortunately my description is going to be really weak, I heard it at a party, the song is vague in my mind. So there's a good beat, then when you hit the drop it's just one beat repeated for awhile, it's really upbeat. I thought I saw "Toxic" somewhere on the screen but I could be completely wrong there. Quick Question about Corsair Psu So I'm buying the fully modular Corsair AX 750 80 Plus Gold Cert PSU because it's on sale for 125 bucks at a retailer near my house (Not a bad deal I'd say since Newegg has it for 160 right now) My question was about Corsair's individually sleeved cable kits. There are 2 kits on the website, one that is $80 and one that is $35, the one that is 80 only lists AX 860/760 and the 35 dollar one lists the AX 850/750/650, so I assume I am going to want to buy the 35 dollar kit, but I wondered why the kit for the 850/750/650 was so much cheaper?

I cannot for the life of me find The 3 pin connector on my MOBO, granted I am very sleepy. I have an ASUS P8Z 68-V LE mobo witch should have a 3 pin fan connector (Says asus site) but I can't find it. It can't be in use since the pre-installed case fan isn't even hooked up. (Which is why I'm looking for the connector! The fan is plugged into the PSU, but not the Mobo yet), and I'm finally getting around to finishing that. Just finished Code Geass, my mind is blown After finishing that very very solid anime, with a kind of open ending I've concluded LeLouch survived. What does everyone else think? Is it worth upgrading right now? So I just came into some money to spend, not sure if it's worth upgrading my rig at all, I use it for playing current games at 1680x1050 and minor video/photo editing. Current specs (Just the important stuff) Intel i5 2500 @ 3.3 GHz Gigabyte 1 GB GTX 560 ti (Not the extra cuda core version just the standard) 8 GB DDR3 RAM Now I haven't encountered any issues in terms of fram rate VS quality of games as of some fairly recent titles, Borderlands 2, Crysis 3, BF3 are all looking really good and playing smooth, but I don't know what kind of preformance upgrades I could get if I got say a 660 Ti or even a 670/680. Or should I buy an SSD ? I don't have one yet, but if I bought one could I just EASILY transfer over
