Nexon gave me a refund I always hear stories about Nexon's customer service failing and things similar to that so I decided to make this thread. My experience with Nexon has by far been very good. I have logged a ticket back in September after buying a Fire Katana nx cover and not being able to use it because of the misleading info on it (it said it could be equippable on all weapons). They replied to my ticket 2 months later (no, not two years later) and gave me a full refund in Maple Points. PS : I bought this Rainbow Brush nx cover instead :)
