Anyone have any idea what book this is? So about three years ago, I read a chapter in a published book about a boy who calls a home alone teen aged girl telling her he's going to die (i forgot how, I think suicide) once the phone call ended. From what I can remember, her dad left her home alone that night to do something and her mother was either dead, just gone. I think her brother went missing too. If anyone has any idea what the book was please let me know. It had a lot to do with a winter-like theme. The book was primarily aimed at young adult/ adolescents. Thank you.

Benefits of having a water bottle factory in a town? for Spanish we have to have an argument with different positions on establishing a water bottle factory in our town. I got the boss of the factory as my role, which sucks because i can't really think of any reasons why a factory should be established. i have these ideas so far: -the town will be more famous -the town will have more money -Water bottles will be abundant -there will be a surplus in job availability I need positives for effects on animals/citizens : Any ideas? Getting into Georgetown? Okay so I really, really want to get into Georgetown. I'm just wondering if it's possible now that I finished my quarter 1 of Junior year. (I wanna see if i keep going on this track would I be accepted) So basically freshman year I slacked. my gpa was about 3.1 or 3.0. Sophmore year it was a 3.85 unweighted both semesters and this year its a 4.0. I'm in the IB program. could I possibly be accepted for next years application if i sign up or is there like no chance?
