training to 200 I get that the unleashed patch was supposed to kill leeching. but seriously, where am i supposed to train now? solo is better even more so than it was after BB. but that aside, where would the best place be to train 165-200 (fire poison mage, only a little funded)

Scrolling Armor I am very very new to this concept -.- I'm buying a really good ele staff 6, so except for the staff, i want to make my own set of amazing empress armor. I however have no clue how to make it amazing (the kind that sells for a ton of money) and since I cant find it anywhere to buy, this is my only option. Could someone give me a little insight on how I should do this? Or even add me in game and have a good conversation xD anything would really be helpful as I am quite nooby when it comes to this.
