Rekadescence fastest way to get ripped Yo i workout very often and just started taking it seriously 4 months ago and first started working out 2 years ago. Problem is i've always had a bulky undefined look and always built on from that. I know what i have to do diet wise etc , but i wanna know whats the fastest method of getting shredded. Should i do 45 minute cardio jogs everyday or like a 20 min high intensity interval training everyday, and should i do it right after my workout? I got loads of supplements creatine preworkout protein powder all that crap my friend works at gnc and just gave me it all so im pretty supped up. Rekadescence Injured my shoulder while playing punch game So yesterday I was at the city with a couple mates , and I played a coin inserting game called "Dragon Punch" basically you hit a small punching bag and you get a score . So it was my turn and I attempted to hook it , then I felt an immediate harsh pain on my right shoulder. My arm felt like it popped down or was in an unnatural position. After about 10 seconds I somehow managed to pop it back to normal and I can still feel heavy pain. I'm not sure what happened but I think it was the nerves or the ligaments stretching. Does anyone know how long it iwll take for me to recover cause I do weight training everyday and I didn't plan on stopping . I can still move my arm and shoulder around
