Question about the Microsoft Visual C on Windows 10 Maple I have been having problems as of now with entering the event hall with the lag. My Windows 10 HP laptop has the Microsoft visual c++ 2005-2013. On my other laptop, a Toshiba which has windows 7, I have complete updates and the microsoft visual c++ 2015-2017. The event hall on the Toshiba maple has no problems but on my windows 10 HP laptop there is. Do you think if I delete the 2005-2013 and install 2015-2017 it will not lag in event hall on the HP? I'm just looking for a solution since the forums and tech support don't seem to give me any leads and the tickets I send never give me direct answers.

MY 8 STAR FROZEN BOW REPLACED WITH CLEAN EPIC UTGARD? I don't know what happened but I noticed my damage went down and while searching for the cause, I realized my completely enhanced frozen bow was replaced with a clean epic potential utgard bow and my set effect is now gone. Also, I had sent a ticket about not being able to scroll or enhance my ghost ship exorcist badge and I looked again it had 11 stars and was completely scrolled. Did anyone experience anything funky lately with their equips? I'm a little upset now hat my frozen set effect is gone. I'm too poor to afford fafnir and CRA equips so I have been merching off the things I got from the box gachapon. Help please?
New Years Eve shop compensation? I missed it. I stayed up until 3am thinking I could buy the 3x EXP coupons but I couldn't. The shop was open at 8pm est I believe. I went into the hall with Cassandra's quest around 9pm to see what it looked like then came back at 2:30 am. Is it just plain over? I feel it is unfair to have this happen for those who were relying on the original shop opening time only to have it open before-hand.
NGS Initialization Error 0xe1600301-513801471 I have not played in about 4 days due to work and other stuff but when I tried to start the game through the Nexon launcher this error came up NGS Initialization Error : 0xe1600301(-513801471). I restarted my laptop 3 times already, cleaned it, ran malware and scan and I got nothing. Help please?
I have a problem with the new launcher I installed the new launcher yesterday which took approx 8 hours. I played for 2 and a half hours after it was finished. I opened the launcher today after leaving the doctor. It wants an update. I click the update icon. It starts to re-install maple. It also says it will take 8 hours. What the heck is going on?

My Vip Tele Rock Gone My VIP teleport rock vanished. Poof. Gone. I bought it March 1 and it said available for 30 days. The expiration date was set to March 31st. I just logged in a while ago and its gone from my cash inv. I even checked the cash shop. It is no where to be found. I had recently added 3 maps to it so I could boss easily on my luminous. I would also like to note that I used some reward points that brought the price down from 500nx to 350nx. I hope this has nothing to do with it. Pvp Guild War For Guild Exp Would you support this? I was thinking a guild could earn more EXP through a PVP battle once per 24 hours but only if the feeling is mutual. The guild could select it's top 10 members in an extended map to fight monsters to rack up points and then battle each other for the final round. The amount of players per team lost would lose a certain number of points previously racked up and each player would have 5 lives. The last player/players standing would win the grand prize of guild experience, GP and possibly some kind of reward box with goodies like a medal named "Guild Savior" or some scrolls heck maybe even some cool gear.
