Buddy list and glitched conversations? Ever since the start of this patch, I have noticed that some people on my BL have glitched chats. That's to say... no one can read what they say in buddy chat, but they can read what others say.(What they say doesn't appear, in other words) Is anyone else having this problem? Any fixes or tricks that can be used to remedy this? (Other than relogging, because that's only a temporary fix.) Any help will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

Ultimate game card issues? Okay, so today I purchased a $20 UGC. Last time I bought one was... uh May 2012? It only allowed me to draw 10k instead of 20 and says "This card has already been used." Is there any possible way for me to redeem the last 10k or am I royally screwed?
Is familiar drop rate affected by level? I'm curious about this, but I've never been able to get a straight, clear answer. If I should hunt a monster more than 21 levels below me, would the drop rate be negatively affected, or will it cause the familiar to NEVER drop? Thanks in advance for answering!
Resolution issues? First off, I've been away for the last 10 months and I know a bunch of people would tell me to leave again. Kinda contemplating that, but I'm off subject. Yeah, so... I'm having a game problem on my desktop PC. The strange thing about it is... it's a problem only ON my desktop. The problem is that only the TOP half of weapons/armors shows. In other words, I can't see the potential or the stats unless I'm on my laptop (Extremely slow, very difficult to log on to MS with. 2 GB RAM, can only handle transfers...) Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone have a solution? Thanks for any help you can offer me. Oh, and already tried reinstalling and that did nothing.

why is it So hard to find cannon bazooka 20? The other day, I went through the FM. I found exactly 5 cannon bazooka 20s. (there were 2 that were overpriced at 60 and 70m... you can GUESS i didn't buy those!) the 3 that I bought ALL FAILED.
