Questions about working out Recently, I have started to work out. I started working out and I'm doing pretty well in terms of adding weight every week-ish or so. But my main problem is: I'm working out, but I'm losing weight (went from 154 to 149). I don't think it's my work ethics but I do think that it can be something to do with my diet. I take in a lot of carbs in the morning (oatmeal/banana). I have a long stretch in the day where I don't eat at 7 am to 2 pm. When I do eat at 2 pm, again it's pretty much carbs (rice) and some protein (chicken). I was wondering what I could do to stop losing weight and to gain more muscle mass/weight? Is there a change I have to make in my diet/workout?

Best way to recover from an ankle sprain? If you pause at about 2:18, you can see the ankle injury. I suffered from a similar ankle injury and was wondering how to recover from it. There's no pain in my ankle and it's been 3-4 months since I've sprained it. But, the problem is it is still swollen. Due to my ankle being swollen, it makes it harder for me to make sharp cuts and crossovers in basketball/football. I went to the doctor and all he gave me was a steroidal injection/Cortisone shot. He said he can't do much more. I was wondering what the best way to recover from this ankle sprain is.
