Mushroom Shrine Gift-Giving ###Guide To The Threads of Fate After completing the Mushroom Shrine theme dungeon, you can then raise the closeness of a number of NPCs that will allow you to use a skill once you reach a high closeness. To open the Threads of Fate window, you need to click the book icon on the right side of your screen, then click the mushroom shrine, followed up by clicking __[Threads of Fate] Unraveling the Threads of Fate__. Talk to the NPCs in this window to gain closeness, and depending on how interesting the conversation is you will earn anywhere from +0-+3 closeness. Talking is limited, so you can't simply talk to them over and over to gain closeness. You must wait 1 full hour to speak to the same NPC. Also in the thread

BaM Hyper Skills I recently started playing a battle mage. I'm loving telecast. It's possibly the most unique attacking style in the game. I have one question, though? Does anyone else feel like our passive hyper skills are useless? What are we supposed to be putting points into? I feel like the only hyper skills worth any mention are the cooldown reduction on Dark Genesis and the one that gives our FA higher dmg while Dark Genesis is on cooldown? The aura hypers are meh because there's hardly a situation where I would use another aura over yellow aura, and the hypers that buff party shield... like I don't even use that skill often. What gives? What are you guys putting your points into? Also can someone explain Master of Death? From what I

Classic Travel Renewal Thread Let me just make this short and sweet. I am literally ticked off right now, and I don't know why it has taken me this long to get ticked off. I started my Silent Crusade quests (I know, long overdue), and am freaking MAD that it is so easy to travel between continents. Seriously? Interdimensional Portal can take me to any continent, at any time, on no cooldown. I can do this over and over. What the heck. Party Quest Room. Like what the heckles Nexon. I just got really sad going to Omega and seeing Ludi Tower completely barren. AND you can teleport to the bottom floor for ONLY 15k mesos. This tower was most of our maplestory lives before big bang. If you weren't there, you weren't leveling fast. qo

We dont have the money So, I have been a student at a University in North Carolina for the past two years with an undecided major. I am supposed to be taking this semester and next semester off because my family can not afford it. Right now, I am living in an apartment in my university's town, working full time and watching all of my friends go to class. It's really frightening me -- my friends are getting closer and closer to graduating and I know that they are going to be gone before I finish because I am having to hold off on school. I miss school so much. And I know that sounds silly. Who misses school? Anyways, I have been thinking of a way to for me to go to school without paying $12,000 a year. I barely get any financial aid because

2d Mmorpg Genre Dying? Has anyone else noticed the lack of 2D MMORPGs entering the market? It is near none. I believe the very last one to enter was Eden Eternal. I am worried about this because 2D games are virtually all my computer can handle, and because of that, I am stuck playing MapleStory. Has anyone, at all, heard of any new 2D titles that have recently come out or are coming out? One that has my eye is made by Gpotato (I know, the publisher sucks) and it's called Eternal Blade. I'm excited for it. It's supposed to be out sometime this year. Eternal Blade

Any tips for a new f/p? Hey! I have recently decided to make a f/p mage. It was the first class I ever made in MapleStory, though I only got it to level 5X back when Ludibrium was first released. I used to be so in love with it. I've been playing Maple for so long and have yet to find a class that I truly enjoy, and it eventually dawned on me that maybe f/p is the class for me. So, as a virtually uninformed f/p player, what tips do you guys have for me? I am completely oblivious to any knowledge about DoT and I have no knowledge of elemental staves. Should I be maxing Poison Breath before Fire Arrow in 2nd job because of the DoT? If so, do I max every DoT skill before skills that do not have damage over time? I have always been up for a cha
