What buffs to ignore in the long run? Since the guys over at Korea think they are perfectly fine with having 8 spammable buffs. I need to figure out which ones won't be needed to reduce the downtime to rebuff. Granted this sort of thing is absolutely silly to ask, but I'm willing to sacrifice a few points of damage to keep from taking unneeded potshots, especially when dealing with damaging foes, you know?
I'm not a person who likes to brag about what he has, but today I just wanna bask in my sqwee for this one moment and couldn't contain myself. So I've had 99 of these for a very long time, and I wanted 100 to be special. So what more can you possible
Cygnus Soul How much does it usually go for in Windia? I'm not in any real big interest for one, but if you're perhaps willing to cut a deal I'm interested.
How to go about with Thunder Breaker So I've decided to finish my Cygnus collection with a Wind and Thunder. However I have zero experience with Thunders. Now I'm aware of terrible survivability and bossing in general, but I was wondering if I can get a detailed information of the known issues this class has. As they say better to be prepared then to jump in like a fool! ...Wait I don't think that's how it went...
I was told someone suspicious was in Showa Town, but this isn't exactly what I was really expecting...
Fun Reminiscing of Events and Odd Moments I'm hoping it won't derail to "that" kind of thread, but regardless something I enjoy doing sometimes is well reminisce! Maplestory has gone through a lot of interesting events that sadly might not come back... it also created many strange moments that were probably unintentional, but nether the less were something memorable. I thought it would be nice to share them among each other~ Mesoranger Event: Not sure if this is the actual name of it, but basically it was you and four people in a giant mecha dancing it out against the monster of the week. For some reason I always enjoyed this event, probably cause it was absurd from your usual event compared to other ones that I know of! Random Beauty Coupo
Princess of Time Shoes Not exactly sure if this is the right place to ask, but nevertheless! Does anyone in Windia have a pair of these? *Edit: I can probably buy it outright now, but regardless hoping someone has one!
What is the point of Vitality Siphon? Kinda like how I couldn't see the use for Heaven's Hammer; actually that skill HAS use. This I just can't see any reason, even with the hyper passives. Maybe the 10 second duration is what annoys me. Perhaps someone can enlighten me?
We thought of having a nice day outside, but it resulted in violence and debacles! Still nothing unusual right? Initially I thought this be mostly easy, but obviously it wasn't! Although the final result here is a lot better than expected at least! :
Cannon Bazooka - More enemies or Extra line? What would be beneficial in the long run? I'm leaning towards more enemies, but I rather get a more general opinion on the whole matter.
Individual stance over Equinox Cycle? I hear a lot of people mention it's better to choose one stance over just using Equinox altogether, but why? Isn't it more beneficial to use that since it gives the effects of both? Perhaps I'm not seeing something as many others do. Would someone be nice to give me some insight on the whole matter?
A very convoluted scenario Bare with me here it's a REALLY weird idea! Now how will Maplestory be today if everyone only played this ONE class? It doesn't which is it just has to be this one class. No matter how hard they try to nerf or make the other classes look superior in every way everyone continues to stick with just this one class. Keep in mind; Yes, all the current classes are here. (Minus Revamped Evan & Aran, and Blaster)
Why do most Pirates get Boss %? Mind you I'm not complaining, this is just something I noticed. Most of them have it passively: Buccaneers, Shade, Jett/Zen, and Cannoneer. While Xenon has it as a buff. But why though? Now before you say Heroes or another class I may have not looked to much into, I'm strictly talking about plain passives not the Hyper variations.
Most oddball of the three So I was looking over my characters only to realize I don't have an explorer mage! I have at least one of each type of explorer, but having no mage looks a tab bit silly to me. So I wanted to ask, which would the oddest to have? Of the three two of them I have some minor experience with: Bishop: I recall just not having a lot of fun initially with it, but this was like early RED. Perhaps nowadays it's better? Fire/Poison Mage: This one I was just not having fun with at all! Mostly due to getting knocked around because of 0% stance. Though I just recently found out they all have a buff that gives stance at least. Ice/Lighting Mage: This one I never got to try, probably because the other 2 did me in maybe.
Reaper kills enemy No exp or items? Color me crazy or whatever, but I've noticed that whenever he demolishes a row of enemies I get no exp or items from that whatsoever. If they somehow survive that and I deal the finishing blow (pun not intended!) THEN I get the exp. It would REALLY suck if he deals the final hit on a boss and I get absolutely jack from it. Ohohoho that better not be the case... Otherwise, I won't be very happy.
Elemental Force Faster? Is it just me or has this been sped up considerably? I'm not really complaining, but everytime I use it now it looks like someone is pressing the Fast Forward button on the remote! Looks a bit silly really. o.o
