Discomfort in right shoulder So when I do a push up hands roughly shoulder-width apart, at the top of the movement and I've almost locked out, I get this sharp stinging feeling on the top of my shoulder (around that area anyway). Also just before locking out when doing bench press, I get the same feeling. It only affects my right shoulder by the way. I think this started 1 or 2 months ago one time when I was doing weighted push ups (legs on incline). The point is, does anyone know what the reason could be? Or how to resolve this issue?
